Boss Radio 98.9 FM Owerri, has been awarded the best Radio Station of the year by the Eastern Nigeria Merit Awards.
A professor, Mike Okoro who handed over the award to the management of the station, during the award dinner held in Owerri, the imo state capital, on Sunday, eulogized Boss Radio for keeping the state abreast, alive and well entertained.
In the event themed “the development of the Eastern Region, A Clarion call for All”, the general manager of Boss Radio and Bizzibodi 100.1 FM Owerri, Princess Unegbu, popularly known as Landlady, bagged an award as the best General Manager of the Year, while Richard Excel, also known as Jupiter, received an award as a Fast Rising Presenter of the year
