England defender Lucy Bronze came close to scoring for Barca but headed an Ona Batlle cross against the post.
Frankfurt defended well, but Barcelona found a second when Caroline Graham Hansen drilled home from range.
Barcelona, who had already qualified for the quarter-finals, secured top spot before the game began after Rosengard had held Benfica to a 2-2 draw in the group’s earlier game.
