Martinelli Signs New Contract

Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli has signed a new long-term contract.

Martinelli joined from Brazilian side Ituano in the summer of 2019 and has made 111 appearances in all competitions.

The Brazil international has scored seven goals, to help the Gunners go five points clear at the top of the table.

Glitter Released from Prison

Disgraced former pop star, Paul Gadd, popularly known as Gary Glitter, has been freed from prison after serving half his 16-year jail term. Glitter was sentenced in 2015 for attempted rape, four counts of indecent assault and one of having sex with a girl under 13. A spokesperson of the Justice Ministry assured that Gadd will be closely monitored by police.
