INEC to Conduct Mock Accreditation with BVAS in Bayelsa

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has scheduled the conduct of mock accreditation with the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System, BVAS, in Bayelsa State.

A statement issued by the Head of Department, Voter Education and Publicity in the state, Wilfred Ifogah, said the mock accreditation, which is to hold on February 4, 2023, will be across the three senatorial districts in the state.

The statement stated that the test run, which will hold in six local government areas, is to ascertain the functionality of BVAS in the field.
