A Federal High Court sitting in Bwari has granted the factional National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Edozie Njoku, bail on self-recognition.

In his ruling, the presiding Judge, Madugu noted that the offences were bailable, urging the accused to produce a surety who must be a civil servant resident in Abuja of Grade Level 15 or above or a landed property owner with a certified Certificate of Occupancy.

Edozie alongside the factional National Youth Leader of the party, Chukwuemeka Nwoga, were remanded at the Suleja Correctional Centre on the orders of Justice Madugu.

The duo were accused of forging the judgment of the Supreme Court to parade themselves as National Chairman and National Youth Leader of the party.
