Kwara Government Offers Free Transportation to Students

Kwara State Government has offered free transportation to all interested students of tertiary institutions in the Northern part of the country on resumption for academic activities.

Commissioner for Tertiary Education, Alabi Abolore, disclosed this in a statement and made available to newsmen on Tuesday.

He explained that concerned students traveling to the North are expected to appear for a brief documentation within the premises of the Ministry of Tertiary Education on Saturday, October 29, 2022.

This follows the suspension of the eight months industrial action embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities.
