Lionel Messi has been ruled out with a calf injury from Paris St-Germain’s Champions League fixture with Benfica on Tuesday.
Messi, scored in the reverse fixture in Portugal last week before being withdrawn late on.
The Argentina forward also missed Saturday’s Ligue 1 draw against Reims in which PSG failed to score in the league for the first time this season.
Atletico Madrid has re-signed France forward Antoine Griezmann on a contract until 2026. Griezmann became the sixth-most expensive player in history when he joined Barca for £108m in 2019. He scored 35 goals in 102 games before returning to Atletico on a two-year loan at the start of last season.
