Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has commended the Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, for his commitment to ensuring the protection of lives and property of the people of the state.
Obi disclosed this on his condolence visit to Akeredolu over the demise of his mother at the Presidential Lodge, Ondo State Government House, Akure, on Tuesday.
According to him, things are going wrong in the country due to the silence of the people and charged the chairman of the Southern Governors Forum to continue taking every necessary step to protect his people.
