Rivers State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has discovered a building used as a dump site for illegally refined petroleum products in Obio Akpor Local Government Area of the state.
The State Commandant of NSCDC, Michael Ogar, revealed that the compound has been sealed and manned by personnel.
Ogar noted that the Command also arrested 19 suspects at different locations in the state on account of their involvement in oil theft and illegal dealings in petroleum products.
Spartak Moscow has announced that Senegal forward Keita Balde has been suspended until December 5 over an anti-doping violation in Italy.
