Residents of Umuguma Community, in Owerri West Local Government Areaof Imo State have lamented on the poor state of roads in the Area.

In an interview with Boss Radio News, a Trader, Chibuzor Oguike, narrates the state of roads in the Community.

A Resident, Sidney Ejikeme, gives technical advice on the road construction.
