NCDC Gives Update on Monkey Pox Cases

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has revealed that the number of Monkey pox cases has increased from 220 to 241.

According to the NCDC, the confirmed cases were reported from 30 states in the Country, and there are at least 604 suspected cases of the infection.

It added that confirmed cases for week 35 is higher than the confirmed cases recorded in the same period in 2021 by 544.
