Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II has been placed under Medical supervision after Doctors became concerned over her health.
This was disclosed in a statement issued by Buckingham Palace on Thursday.
The statement noted that the Queen was comfortable and remained at Balmoral Castle in Scotland.
The announcement came a day after the Monarch cancelled a meeting of her Privy Council and was told to rest.
The Chairman, Board of Trustees, BoT, of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Walid Jibrin, has resigned. Jibrin tendered his resignation during the Party’s BoT meeting on Thursday in Abuja. He said this is to ensure the Party Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar, wins the 2023 election.
