Ogun Government to Sanction Pharmaceutical Operators

Ogun State Government has threatened to sanction pharmaceutical operators in the state over the activities of illegal operators.

The Permanent Secretary, State Ministry of Health, Kayode Oladehinde, expressed concern over the growing operations of illegal pharmacy and patent medicine stores.

Oladehinde noted that the state’s pharmaceutical inspectors had been empowered to deal with individuals engaging in the unauthorized selling of prescription drugs.
