Resident Doctors Issues Ultimatum to Federal Government

Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors, NARD, has given the Federal government a two-week ultimatum following the failure of the government to implement the new hazard allowance rate proposed in December 2021.
In an interview with Boss Radio news, the President of the NARD, Imo State Chapter, Emeka Ojiaku, says the Association is demanding for their Medical funds.

Ojiaku demands that hazard allowances reflect on their Salary.

The President speaks on unpaid outstanding allowances.

Oluwatobiloba Amusan inspired Team Nigeria to first place in the women’s 4x100m relay at the Commonwealth Games on Sunday. Amusan and the quartet of Rosemary Chukwuma, Favour Ofili and Nzubechi Nwokocha won gold medal in a new African record of 42.10s. Amusan, who also won women’s 100m hurdles with a new Commonwealth Games record on Sunday morning started the race for Nigeria.
