Akwa Ibom Senator Dumps PDP

The Senator representing Akwa Ibom North East, Bassey Akpan, has dumped the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.

Akpan, who made this known in a letter to his ward Chairman, said he defected to contest for the Governorship position in the State on the platform of another Party.
