Israel’s Prime Minister Declines Re-election Bid

Outgoing Prime Minister of Israel, Naftali Bennett has revealed that he will not stand in the upcoming general election.

Bennett announced this to lawmakers as Members of Parliament prepared to dissolve the Country’s current legislature.

He noted that he will continue to serve as alternate Prime Minister in a caretaker government.
