Obiano Wins Senatorial Ticket

The Wife of former Anambra State Governor, Ebelechukwu Obiano won the Senatorial ticket of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA in the Senate.

Obiano polled 152 votes to defeat her closest rival who had 120 votes.

She will be running to represent Anambra North Senatorial zone in the National Assembly in the 2023 election.

Soludo Urges Christians to Defend their Faith

Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo, has said criminals terrorizing the State are fighting to enthrone idol worship over Christianity. Soludo stated this on Sunday while addressing a congregation during a Church event in Orumba North Local Government Area of the State. According to the Governor, it is time for Christians in the State to unite to defend their faith in the face of evil.
