Anambra State Command of Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC says two persons were burnt to death in a tanker explosion that occurred along the Umunya Road on the Enugu-Onitsha Expressway.
Confirming the incident, the State Sector Commander of FRSC, Adeoye Irelewuyi, warned motorists to avoid over speeding and ensure they keep to the recommended speed limit.
Irelewuyi, however, commiserated with the families of the victims and prayed for the deceased.
Emma Raducanu won her senior debut at the French Open against Czech teenager Linda Noskova. Raducanu, twice trailed by a set and a break, eventually won 6-7 (4-7) 7-5 6-1 on the Roland Garros clay. The US Open champion will face Aliaksandra Sasnovich of Belarus in the second round.
