Kogi Government To Clamp Down On Illegal Institutions

Kogi State Government has said it will begin a clampdown on illegal Institutions across the State.

The State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Wemi Jones disclosed this in Lokoja, the State Capital.

Jones warned illegal Schools to do the needful, noting that there are about 20 illegal Tertiary Institutions in Ankpa without accreditation.

The Commissioner urged School operators to seek normalization and get their Schools registered, to avoid being shut down by the government.
