Akeredolu Faults 1999 Constitution

Ondo State governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has faulted the 1999 Constitution which places security in the exclusive legislative list.

A statement issued by Akeredolu, said the Constitution mocks the federal status of the country, noting that the unstable state of the polity, calls for a rejig of the constitution.

The statement pointed that the Federal Government wields too much powers, hence the need to rejig the constitution.
