Lagos State House of Assembly has lauded the former Governor of the State, Bola Tinubu for officially endorsing the State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and his deputy, Olufemi Hamzat, for a second term in office.
Chairman, House Committee on Information, Security and Strategies, Setonji David, made this known during an interview on Sunday in Lagos.
Tinubu’s public endorsement came days after Sanwo-Olu picked the Nomination and Expression of Interest forms of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
The Minister of Transportation and Presidential Aspirant, Chibuike Amaechi, has warned that the All Progressives Congress, APC, will lose the general elections if it fails to put the right candidate forward. Addressing delegates in Edo State, Amaechi urged them not to be carried away by the crowd of aspirants from the ruling party. The Presidential aspirant noted that the electability of a candidate should be essential for the delegate.
