PDP Disqualifies Two Candidates in Imo

Imo State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, has disqualified Ikenga Ugochinyere and Uche Odunzeh from contesting the National Assembly Primaries in the state.

A statement signed by the Chairman of the Party’s Screening Committee, Chisom Nwali, revealed that Ugochinyere was disqualified for gross misconduct and dual Party membership.

According to the statement, the two petitioners were among the five Aspirants who were screened out by the State PDP National Assembly Screening Committee last week.

It listed the three reinstated petitioners, to include, Tony Abili, Paschal Obi and Collins Ilo.
