Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, has stressed that voter education would help increase the participation of Nigerians in the 2023 general elections.

A statement issued by his Special Adviser to the Speaker on Media and Publicity, Lanre Lasisi, stressed the need to reform campaign finance laws.

The statement proposed amendments to the constitution and the Electoral Act to regulate political spending and impose sanctions.
