Four Akwa Ibom schools to benefit from food sufficiency project

Four Public Schools in Akwa Ibom State have been selected for the sustainable food sufficiency model project organized by the African Children’s Aid Education and Development Foundation, ACAEDF in partnership with the Danish Embassy in Nigeria.

A statement issued on Tuesday by the Executive Director of ACAEDF, David Umem noted that the project was also designed to equip the Students with basic farming skills for growing their food.

The statement added that the project would be expanded to other states in the near future.
