Maths Centre Crowns Odunsi Mathematics Queen

The Mathematics Centre of Nigeria, NMC has crowned Faith Odunsi of Ambassador College, Otta in Ogun State as Mathematics Queen for her outstanding performance in the National Olympiads Competition.

According to reports, Odunsi solved 19 mathematics questions in 60 seconds to emerge the best girl in the Competition.

It added that 26 students of both Senior and Junior Secondary Schools across the country were also given awards in different categories in Mathematics.

The 15 year old who represented Nigeria at the Global Mathematics Competition, beats China, United States of America, United Kingdom, among others to emerge the World Best Mathematics Student.
