Mariupol Mayor calls for full evacuation

The mayor of Mariupol, Vadym Boichenko, has appealed for the full evacuation of the southern Ukrainian city.

Boichenko, did not provide any update on any fighting in or around the city on the Sea of Azov.

The Mayor said tens of thousands of residents have been killed.
