Secretary to Government, SSG, of Ebonyi State Kenneth Ugbala, has declared his intention to contest the Senatorial seat of Ebonyi Central zone.
Ugbala disclosed this after consulting with the State Working Committee, SWC, of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
He assured his constituents that he would offer quality and effective representation anchored on People-oriented legislations.
The secretary promised to provide job, and empower women and youths.
