The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has extended the closing dates for the purchase and submission of expression of interest and nomination forms.
A statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, revealed that under the new timelines, the last day for the purchase of all forms has been extended to Thursday, April 14, 2022, while the last day for the submission of all forms has been extended to April 17, 2022.
The statement listed the new screening dates for the following State House of Assembly: April 19, 2022, National Assembly: April 20, 2022, Governorship: April 21, 2022, and for Presidential: April 25, 2022.
It urged all aspirants, critical stakeholders and party members to be guided accordingly.
A founding member of the US rap group, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, Kidd Creole has been found guilty of manslaughter. Prosecutors accused Creole, whose real name is Nathaniel Glover, of stabbing Jolly, after becoming enraged because he thought he was hitting on him. A Manhattan jury found him guilty and he is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
