Akwa Ibom state police have arrested a man, Akaninyene Sunday Isaac for allegedly Killing his mother.
The Police Spokesperson, Akwa Ibom State Command, Odiko Macdon, confirmed the incident in Uyo, yesterday, he said, the Command arrested Akaninyene Sunday Isaac, for murdering his biological mother, Christiana Sunday Isaac, who was 55 years old.
However, a source in the family said, that problem started when Akaninyene demanded money from the mother, which she has always given him anytime, but on this occasion the woman told him there was no money.
He got angry, grabbed a matchet and stabbed the mother who passed out before she could be taken for medical attention.
