Rivers and Kwara on Edge of Qualification

The Presidential Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, has urged the Federal Government to initiate humanitarian assistance for flood victims. According to a statement issued on Sunday, Atiku described the damage that has been occasioned on account of the floods as troubling. The statement urged the governments at all levels to unveil a special humanitarian assistance programme to provide immediate succor to the affected communities.
