EFCC Arrests Suspected Internet Fraudsters in Rivers

Operatives of the Port Harcourt Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have arrested 74 suspected internet fraudsters.

A statement issued by the Head, Media and Publicity of EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren, revealed that the suspects were arrested at various locations in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The statement noted that 48 of the suspects had incriminating items in their possession.

It added that the suspects would be charged to court as soon as the investigation is concluded.
