Former U.S. President Donald Trump has declared he will never surrender following an assassination attempt at his golf course near West Palm Beach on Sunday.

Reports confirm that gunshots were fired while Trump was present at the location, but federal authorities have stated that the attempt was unsuccessful.

Trump’s team quickly released an alert assuring the public that the Republican candidate was unharmed.

In a statement, Trump himself confirmed the gunshots in his vicinity and raised the alarm as he promised never to surrender.

This incident comes just months after Trump survived another assassination attempt, where he was shot in the ear.
