CAS charges air component commanders to sustain onslaught on bandits

The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Hasan Abubakar, has charged Air Component Commanders to continue hitting criminals harder until they are no more.
Director of Public Relations and Information of the Nigerian Air Force, Edward Gabkwet said this in a statement on Tuesday, while addressing all Air Component Commanders during a virtual meeting held on 26 August 2024.
He commended the Commanders for their outstanding performance, and further directed the Air Component Commanders to intensify their efforts in ongoing operations.
He noted that their dedication and tactical efforts have led to a series of successful missions, including the elimination of key terrorist leaders, disruption of activities by oil thieves and pipeline vandals, and safeguarding of key national assets.
