Remove import duties on food items says Adeyanju to Tinubu

Human rights lawyer and Convener of Concerned Nigerians, Deji Adeyanju, on Monday, urged President Bola Tinubu to remove import duties on all imported food items into Nigeria
Adeyanju said the move would alleviate the challenges facing Nigerians around food shortage.
He made the remark while commending Tinubu for his recent decision directing the Nigeria Customs Service, NCS, to return seized food items to their rightful owners.
