Nigeria’s Super Eagles forward Victor Boniface is struggling to be fit for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nation, AFCON
According to report, Boniface picked up a muscular injury during one of the team’s training sessions in Abu Dhabi.
Which contributed to The 23-year-old not participating in the Super Eagles test game against Al Gharib on Sunday.
Boniface is also expected to miss Monday’s (today) friendly against the Syli Stars of Guinea., thereby leaving Victor Osimhen and Real Sociedad’s Umar Sadiq as the only fit strikers in the squad at the moment.
