Two female officials of the Lagos Waste Management Authority, LWMA were knocked down by a vehicle around the Charlie Boy area inward Gbagada, Lagos State, on Monday.
An eyewitness disclosed that they two women were hit by a Sienna vehicle while they were carrying out their duty.
The eyewitness said, they women died on the spot, while the driver has been arrested and handed over to the police.
A commercial motorcyclist has been reportedly killed by unidentified gunmen in Ibadan, Oyo State. The incident occurred on Sunday night at Olorunda Aba town in Lagelu Local Government Area of Oyo state. According to an eyewitness, the motorcyclist was conveying his assailants to an unknown destination before he was attacked and killed by the gunmen who went away with his motorcycle.
