Obi Vows to Appeal PEPC Judgement

Labour Party Presidential candidate, Peter Obi has vowed to appeal the judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC, that upheld the election of the President, Bola Tinubu.

Obi, whose appeal was denied by the court, issued a warning that the nation will lose good election law if precautions were not taken.

He emphasized that litigants who are unhappy with an election’s decision may turn to self-help if they continue to struggle to prove their case due to challenges from government institution like the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
