NNPCL to Appeal Court Judgement in Favor of Ararume

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, has taken steps to appeal the restoration of Ifeanyi Ararume as the company’s non-executive Chairman.

This was contained a statement signed by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.

The statement stated that the President has taken notice of the judgment by the Federal High Court, which reinstated Ararume, adding that his administration respects the Rule of Law.

It sued for calm from all sides involved in the matter.
