Immigration Service Vow to Stop Foreigners from Participating in Electioneering Activities

The Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS, has assured that it will not to allow foreigners to participate in any form of electioneering activity.

Assistant Comptroller General in charge of Zone ‘C’ gave the assurance shortly after paying a courtesy visit to Yobe State Governor.

He noted that operatives of the Service would ensure that non Nigerians are not allowed to participate in any form of the election process.

The Assistant Comptroller General
stated that foreigners would not be allowed to hold any documents meant for Nigerians.
