The Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, in the 19 Northern states have lamented that Nigeria’s weak economy has thrown millions into abject poverty.

This was contained in a communiqué jointly signed by its Chairman, Yakubu Pam, and Secretary-General, Sunday Oibe.

The communiqué stated that Nigerians are living in hell as a result of the weak economy under the current administration of the All Progressives Congress.

It, therefore, called on Nigerians to ensure that the 2023 general elections were conducted in an atmosphere of peace.
