Court Challenges FG and ASUU to Resolve Issues

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has challenged the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities ASUU to resolve their issues out of court.

In his ruling, the presiding Judge, Georgewill Abraham suggested twenty-four hours for the two parties to have a rethink, and come out with a resolution.

Justice Abraham, therefore, urged the counsel to the Federal Government, and that of ASUU, to sit down as lawyers, take a patriotic position and convey the position to their clients.
