Ikpeazu Raises Alarm Over Threat to Life

Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, has reported the member representing Isiala-Ngwa State Constituency, Ginger Onwusibe, before the Inspector General of Police for threat against his personality.

A statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Onyebuchi Ememanka, alleged that Onwusibe threatened to attack Ikpeazu and his family member.

The statement noted that the Governor has exhibited unparalleled tolerance and accommodation in the discharge of his duties.

It added that the disposition of the Governor has been misconstrued by some persons who now, at the slightest reason, embark on a public display of unprecedented insults.
