Lagos Government Calls on Property Owners to Desist from Using Children as Laborers

Lagos State Government has called on property owners and developers to desist from using Children as laborers at construction sites.

A statement issued by the General Manager of the State Physical Planning Permit Authority, Kehinde Osinaike, noted that such act is tantamount to Child abuse.

The statement urged property owners and developers in the State to seek the services of experienced Professionals in the building Sector before embarking on any Projects.

It advised employers to be cognizant of security and safety at construction sites
