Army Arrests Owo Church Attackers

The Nigerian Defence Headquarters has said it has arrested those behind the Owo Church attack.

Chief of Defence Staff, Lucky Irabor disclosed this during an interview with newsmen on Tuesday in Abuja.

According to Irabor, the attackers were arrested during a joint operation involving the Armed Forces, the Department of Security Services and the Police.

Recall that some gunmen had in July 5, 2022 stormed St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo, in Ondo State killing some worshipers.
