Plateau Government Revoke Licenses to Schools

Plateau State government has revoked the licenses of all Nursery, Primary, and Secondary Schools in the State.

State Commissioner for Education, Elizabeth Wampum, disclosed this at a press conference in Jos, the State Capital.

Wampum said the decision was taken after it was discovered that 5,000 Private Schools were operating without a license.

Lagos Government Advocates Exclusive Breastfeeding for Babies

Lagos State Government has advocated the sustenance of exclusive breastfeeding across the different levels of Society. State Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Olusegun Ogboye, made the call during a press briefing organized to outline planned activities of the State government to commemorate the 2022 World Breastfeeding Week. Ogboye added that the government would continue to inform, educate and empower sector players to provide and sustain breastfeeding-friendly environments.
