The Federal Government has called for collective efforts to prevent violence and attacks in the country.

This was disclosed by the Minister of Women Affairs, Pauline Tallen, who spoke at the National Stakeholders Forum on Parenting for Peace in Abuja on Tuesday.

Tallen decried the loss of lives and properties to insecurity in the country, adding that this could have a multiplier effect on the nation’s economy.

The minister maintained that all hands must be on deck to tackle violence threatening the peaceful existence of the country.
