The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking against Persons, NAPTIP, has revealed efforts in fighting against Human/Child Trafficking in Imo State.
In an interview with Boss Radio, NAPTIP Chairman, Ernest Ogbu, notes that the Agency is working hard to curb human trafficking.
Ogbu speaks on the arrests and prosecution made so far.
The World UN Trafficking Day is marked annually on July 30th.
Imo State Chapter of the National Union Road Transport Workers, NURTW, has debunked the two day warning strike by Bus Drivers in the State. Speaking with Boss Radio News, Chairman of the Union, Onyedikachi Nwosu, says the strike rumor emanated from an illegal Union. Nwosu blames opposition for spreading such news.
