46 people found dead in a truck in Texas

At least 46 people were found dead in an abandoned truck on the outskirts of San Antonio, Texas.

A fire official said 16 people, including four Children, had also been taken to hospital.

Human Traffickers often use trucks to transport undocumented migrants after meeting them in remote areas once they have managed to cross into the United States.

Afenifere urges FG to stem rising insecurity

The Pan-Yoruba Socio-Political Organization, Afenifere, has urged State Governors to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari and the leadership of the National Assembly to address the hike of insecurity in the Country. A statement issued by the Oganization Spokesperson, Jared Ajayi, called for a halt in the hike in insecurity breaches in the Country. The statement stressed the need for an establishment of State Police.
