House of Representatives Commends Court Judgement Over Section 84 (12) of electoral Act 2022

The House of Representatives  has commended the Supreme Court judgement, which struck out the suit filed by President Muhammadu Buhari, seeking to void the provision of section 84 (12) of the Electoral Amendment Act 2022.

Spokesperson of the House, Benjamin Kalu, made the commendation while speaking with newsmen in Abuja.

According to Kalu, the House was happy with the Court judgement, adding it was not expecting anything less.
