The All Progressives Congress, APC, has announced results of its Governorship Primaries across States.
RIVERS
Tonye Cole emerged winner.
Cole expressed confidence that his emergence will bring victory to the APC in the 2023 election.
DELTA
Deputy Senate President, OvieOmo-Agege emerged as the flag bearer of the party for the Governorship election.
KADUNA
Uba Sani emerged winner of the APC Governorship Primary.
Sani polled a total of 1, 149 votes to defeat his rival who scored 37 votes.
ADAMAWA
Aishatu Binani emerged winner of the Party’s Governorship primaries.
Binani scored 430 votes to defeat her closest contestant, Nuhu Ribadu, polled 288 votes.
BAUCHI
The immediate past Chief of Air Staff, Abubakar Saddique emerged winner of the APC governorship primary in the State
KATSINA
Dikko Radda defeated eight Aspirants to win the Governorship ticket.
Radda secured 506 votes to defeat his closest rival who polled 442 votes.
BORNO
Babagana Zulum secured the Governorship ticket of the Party to run for a second term.
The Primary election saw Zulum as the sole Aspirant with a total of 1,411 votes.
NASSARAWA
Abdullahi Sule won the Party’s Governorship ticket for his second term bid in office.
Sule was declared winner after polling 698 votes to defeat his contender who polled 3 votes.
